Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Should you experience difficulties with the DVD you received, please contact us. Please have your order number handy. National Film NetworkTM will gladly provide a new DVD at no cost to you.

Please use our secure online shopping cart. All major credit cards are accepted. All orders will be invoiced in US funds. You will receive a Confirmation E-mail notifying you that your order has been received.

We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. A Shipping e-mail will notify you that your order has been shipped and that your credit card has been charged.

If you send a purchase order on your institution’s form which conflicts with or is inconsistent with NFN’s terms or conditions, NFN’s conditions of sale will prevail. Payment terms are net 30 days. In case any bill is not paid when due, all sums under this order and other orders become due at once, and NFN may defer delivery until such sums are paid and for a reasonable time thereafter.

- Shipping and Handling

US Orders: For the first DVD ordered, $4.95 is added to your order, and $1.00 for each additional DVD.
International Orders: $7.95 for the first DVD, and $5.00 for each additional DVD.

- Sales Taxes

Sales tax of 5% will be charged to all orders shipped within the State of Maryland.
